I was given FreezeFrames Eye Glasses as a gift and I am
very impressed with its effectiveness in reducing puffiness under the
eyes. In fact, I am wearing them while
writing this review, but will take them off soon, because the coolness usually
lessens after 15 to 20 minutes.
FreezeFrames are stylish sunglasses that were designed by
an advanced nurse who wanted create glasses that help improve the delicate skin
of the upper and lower eye area. They come in the color black with four gel
pads that adhere to the interior of the frames with eight magnets. The glasses
are very stylish and look great whether wearing them in or outdoors.
The upper and lower area of the eyes is where you will receive
the most benefits from using Freeze Frames and if you have puffy bags under
your eyes, these special eyeglasses will help to bring much needed cool comfort
to that area and will help to minimize puffiness in minutes. I found the
glasses to be cooling and refreshing while wearing them, especially in the
spring and summer months.
FreezeFrames are designed for both men and women and can be
worn all throughout the year. The gel pads can also be placed in a cup of warm
water and the heat will help alleviate the symptoms of dry eye syndrome. I have
not tried putting the gel pads in warm water, but I have placed them in the
freezer for cold eye therapy. In addition to using a freezer, the gel pads can
also be placed in a cup of ice to get them nice and cold for application.
The glasses come with a handy thermal travel case and there
are four storage pouches built into the case to place the gel pads into. To freeze the gel pads, simply put them into
the storage pouches and place the travel case inside a freezer for 20 to 60
minutes before using. Sometimes, I leave the case in the freezer for more than
an hour and it does not seem to hurt the gel packs at all. When I take the gel
packs out of the freezer, I just pop them right onto the magnets that are built
into the interior of the frames, put the glasses on, and instantly my eyes begin
to feel cool and refreshed. My daughter has also put the glasses on and has
experienced great results.
The gel pads are reusable, so you can use them on a daily
basis and they last about a year before they need to be replaced. Because the
gel pads contain metal alloy, they cannot be placed in the microwave.
FreezeFrames provide 100% UVA and UVB protection from the
sun and doctors recommend Freeze Frames to their patients after they have undergone
Botox injections, laser treatments, and plastic surgery, because the glasses
soothe the orbital eye area and provide immediate comfort.
I really enjoy using FreezeFrames. They are stylish,
protect eyes from the sun, help decrease puffiness, and provide cooling comfort
to the orbital area of the eyes. I am very impressed!
You can find FreezeFrames at www.freezeframes.com and on www.amazon.com for $89.95
